Add/Edit Dollar Transaction

You can edit a single Dollar transaction at a time on this form. Clicking save will add a new dollar trans line to your T&A spreadsheet.

The fields on the screen include:

  • Transaction Code - Select from a list of valid Dollar transactions.
  • Account - All Dollar transactions must be charged to an account. Select the account from the list. If the account you need to charge to is not available, inform your timekeeper who can add it to your list or go to the accounting section in your employee menu and add it. If you are set up to use stored accounting, you do not need to enter an account.

    Fiscal Year Note: During the fiscal year pay period an extra set of fiscal year selection radio buttons will appear on this screen. You can use these buttons to select the appropriate fiscal code to be sent with the selected dollar transaction account.

    Click Save to save the changes and return to T&A Data. Click Cancel to return without saving.
